灌装蠕动泵由主传动系统、进瓶系统、泵头组及灌装分配组组成的灌装系统，供塞组及压塞组组成的带塞系统，电器控制系统所组成，结构新颖合理。
The filling peristaltic pump consists of a filling system consisting of a main drive system, a bottle feeding system, a pump head group and a filling distribution group, a plug system consisting of a plug supply group and a plug pressure group, and an electrical control system. Its structure is novel and reasonable.
灌装蠕动泵泵源采用蠕动泵，充分利用蠕动泵的特点，结构简单，其泵体无接触药液的地方，因此无需对泵体进行清洗消毒。灌装蠕动泵是由步进电机或者伺服电机驱动，PLC控制达到调整装量简便，只输入相应的数字即可，可实现在工作状态下随时调整，精度可达±2%采用模块化结构，每个单元4个通道，可扩展至4单元(16通道)，共用一个控制器。
The pump source of filling peristaltic pump adopts peristaltic pump. It makes full use of the characteristics of peristaltic pump. It has simple structure and no contact with medicine liquid. Therefore, it is not necessary to clean and disinfect the pump body. The filling peristaltic pump is driven by stepping motor or servo motor. It is easy to adjust the filling quantity by PLC control. It can adjust at any time in working state by inputting corresponding numbers. The precision can reach (+2%) by modular structure. Each unit has four channels and can be extended to four units (16 channels) with a common controller.
